Regarding the colors, the manufacturer recommends You to assess the potential risk of resin release when choosing dark color for pine wood windows or doors in such cases when it is going to be installed on the south or west side of the building.

The sun strongly heats the dark colored wood. As the result of sunlight, deeply hidden resin (which is invisible) slowly warm up, then start to liquefy and also begin to expand creating inside pressure. Such pressure results in resin melting out to the surface.

The manufacturer does not take any liability or gives guarantee for such product, as the resins are hidden deeply inside the wood and are not visible during the production process . The phenomenon itself is all natural since it is caused by nature.

Please pay attention to this general recommendation. The manufacturer does not always receive complete information on installation of dark colored products - whether it is south side, west side or else - therefore the manufacturer may not inform customers about this potential risk.

We have a wide range of window crosses (“spross”):

real profile/“midpost” 45 mm or 60 mm wide;
crosses (“spross”) inside the glass package 25 mm/45 mm, white or brown colour. This kind of cross You cannot touch, that’s why it is very easy to clean the glasses;
crosses can be glued from inside/outside or both sides (26 mm);
DUPLEX type crosses, through the glass. This type of crosses (26 mm) divide the glass package as well. DUPLEX type crosses are the most popular in Scandinavian countries.

We use aluminum water drip for the windows. Aluminum water drip can be natural aluminium color or white. But for the special orders, especially in old town, we can produce wooden water drip and paint in the same colour as windows.
