DELIVERY

         We can deliver our production to most places in Norway and Sweden by our own transport for free. Our team will pack and deliver products in a safe and timely manner - it is our responsibility. After viewing the maps below, You will find our regular route in Norway and Sweden. Also, we are often in Oslo area. Sweden is heading E20/E18 on the way from Nynashamn to Arjang. We also often organize deliveries to any other Scandinavian city that is not on our route, of course, for an additional fee.

Attention! From now we can suggest NEW free delivery points in Norway and Sweden. NEW free delivery places to northern Norway, as well northern and southern Sweden delivery 1 time per month. As usually, free delivery to previous areas 2-3 times/month, deppending on the season.

      Our next project, regarding free delivery route, is Finland. We will come back with a map of a free delivery route in Finland as soon as we start it. For now, we deliver production to Finland for an additional cost.

      Whenever Your order is confirmed, we give You an expect delivery date (this is not a specific date, just an indication). The week before we are ready to deliver Your production, You will receive an email/SMS/phone call from us with exact date of delivery or approximately time. 1,5-2 hours before Your delivery is due, You will receive SMS/phone call about exact meeting hour. It saves time and keeps a plan for both sides.

      In some cases, if Your order is not big – we do not send our truck to exact address. Under these circumstances, we make an appointment at bigger places by the main road near You (this option is agreed before You confirm the order).

      If Your place is location in the area which is not on our route, we arrange transport to Your location with transport companies for additional fee. We estimate delivery fee before the order is confirmed.

      Once when our driver arrives, he will in most cases be able to off load the goods (our truck has lift behind and driver has a trolley). A helping hand is always welcome! The goods will not be taken into Your house as he is not insured to do so. In spite of this, our team is trying to do its best! It would be helpful if on arrival time customers would be ready and would give a helpful hand to a driver. 

       When the items have been off loaded, please check the items to make sure there has been no transit damage. We pay attention to packing of goods properly. Our team will give original invoice to sign. Please, sign with a name and date as a prove that all items have been delivered.

AFTER THE DELIVERY

        It is important to mention, that only people with experience have to install production. We are always happy to get Your feedback and opinion. If You have any questions, just let us know. It's excellent to get pictures from You after installation. 

PAYMENT

        To confirm Your order, Your signature is needed on our offer. We always ask to check all details in the offer before signing carefully. Otherwise, it can be too late to change or stop the order.

        The week before delivery You will receive an email from us with invoice to pay. Depending on the circumstances, You will receive invoice from our Norwegian company Jonas Vinduer AS or Lithuanian company UAB JONAS VINDUER. No worries about documentation, because our company takes care of customs clearance (if needed).

        The payment must to be made before delivery. Only regular customers and trusted partners can delay payment. Customers, who would like to pay when goods arrive and who choose shipping from our free delivery route , they can pay directly to the driver by bank card, our drivers have a card reader. In this case, customers will also need to write on the invoice that payment was made by card.

          All orders made via ESHOP are confirmed after payments only.
